  • Xportius reserves the right to cancel any order due to:

    • Unreachable customer

    • Suspected fraudulent activity

    • Stock unavailability

  • In such cases, customers will be notified where applicable.

4. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are listed in PKR and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

  • Xportius reserves the right to change prices without prior notice.

  • Payment methods include Cash on Delivery (COD) and other available online payment options.

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • Delivery timelines are estimated, not guaranteed.

  • Main cities typically receive delivery within 2–4 working days; remote areas may take longer.

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

6. Parcel Inspection at Delivery

  • Customers are allowed to open the parcel only to verify that the correct product has been delivered.

  • Testing, usage, or installation is not allowed at the time of delivery.

  • Any damage caused during parcel opening may void return eligibility.

7. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

  • Change of mind after using the product is not applicable.

  • Returns, refunds, or replacements are accepted only under valid conditions as outlined in our Return & Refund Policy.

  • Claims without proper proof (such as an unboxing video) may be rejected.

8. Warranty

  • Warranty (if applicable) is provided according to the manufacturer’s terms.

  • Physical damage, water damage, voltage issues, or misuse are not covered under warranty.

9. Customer Responsibilities

  • Customers must ensure availability at the provided contact number for delivery confirmation.

  • Repeated order refusals or failed deliveries may result in restriction of COD facility.

10. Limitation of Liability

    • Misuse of products after delivery
