Shipping Policy

Delivery Time

  • Main cities: Orders are typically delivered within 2–4 working days.

  • Other / remote areas: Delivery may take longer than 4 working days due to courier or location constraints.

  • Delivery timelines are estimated and may be affected by weather, strikes, or courier delays.

Shipping Coverage

  • We currently ship across Pakistan only.

Address Accuracy

  • Customers must provide a complete and accurate shipping address, including correct city, area, and contact number.

  • If the address is incomplete, incorrect, or unreachable, the order may be cancelled automatically without prior notice.

  • Xportius is not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect address details.

Order Processing

  • Orders are processed after order confirmation.

  • Same-day dispatch is subject to stock availability and order verification.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • COD is available in selected areas.

  • Customers must ensure availability at the provided contact number at the time of delivery.

Parcel Opening Policy

  • Customers are allowed to open the parcel at the time of delivery only to verify:

    • The product matches the order

    • The item is physically present

  • Testing, usage, or installation is not allowed at delivery.

  • Any misuse or damage during opening will void return eligibility.

Refusal & Return to Origin

  • Unjustified refusal of parcel, unreachable customer, or multiple failed delivery attempts may result in:

    • Order cancellation

    • Future COD restrictions on the customer account

Important Notes

  • Xportius is not liable for delays caused by courier partners or unforeseen circumstances.

  • Once delivered and accepted, the order is considered successfully completed.
