1. How long does delivery take?

In main cities, delivery usually takes 2–4 working days.

In other or remote areas, delivery may take longer due to courier limitations.
2. Can I open the parcel at delivery?
Yes. You are allowed to open the parcel only to verify that the correct product is inside.
Testing, usage, or installation at delivery is not allowed.
3. What if I receive a damaged or wrong product?
You must contact us within 24 hours of delivery with:

Clear pictures/videos

A proper unboxing video
Valid claims will be processed according to our Return & Refund Policy.
4. Do you accept returns if I change my mind?
No. Change of mind after using the product is not applicable for electronic items.
5. What happens if I enter the wrong address?
If the shipping address is incorrect or incomplete, the order may be cancelled automatically.
Xportius is not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect details.
6. Is Cash on Delivery (COD) available?
Yes, COD is available in selected areas across Pakistan.
7. What if I am unavailable at the time of delivery?
If the courier cannot reach you after multiple attempts, the order may be returned or cancelled, and future COD orders may be restricted.
8. Are your products covered under warranty?
Warranty (if applicable) is provided as per the manufacturer’s terms.
Physical damage, water damage, or misuse is not covered.
9. When will I receive my refund?
If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 7–10 working days through the original payment method or store credit.
