Return & Refund Policy

At Xportius, we deal in electronic gadgets and devices. Due to the nature of these products, we follow a strict but fair return and refund policy to ensure product quality, safety, and transparency.

1. Change of Mind

  • Change of mind is NOT applicable once the product has been used.

  • We do not accept returns or refunds if:

    • The device has been used, installed, activated, or tested beyond basic inspection.

    • The customer no longer wants the product after usage.

    • The issue is based on personal preference or misunderstanding of features.

2. Eligible Returns (Valid Cases)

A return or replacement is only accepted if:

  • The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery.

  • The issue is reported within 24 hours of receiving the order.

  • An unboxing video is provided (continuous, uncut video showing the package opening).

  • The product is:

    • Unused

    • In original packaging

    • With all accessories, manuals, and seals intact

3. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Used or tampered electronic devices

  • Products damaged due to misuse, water damage, voltage issues, or mishandling

  • Items without original packaging or missing accessories

  • Clearance sale or discounted items (if mentioned at purchase)

4. Refund Policy

  • Refunds are only issued if:

    • Replacement is not available, and

    • The return meets all eligibility criteria.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method or store credit (as applicable) within 7–10 working days.

5. Replacement Policy

  • If a valid defect is confirmed, we will:

    • Replace the product with the same model, or

    • Offer an alternative of equal value (subject to availability)

6. Warranty Claims

  • Warranty (if applicable) is handled according to the manufacturer’s terms.

  • Physical damage or user-caused issues are not covered under warranty.

7. Important Notes

  • No return, refund, or exchange without prior approval from Xportius support.

  • Claims without proper evidence (unboxing video / clear proof) will not be entertained.

  • Xportius reserves the right to reject any claim that does not meet the policy conditions.
